It's a lazy Sunday. Maybe you slept in super late; that's kinda what Sundays are for. But what good is all that comatose-time doing you anyway? What if you just cut it out and were productive or something instead?
We all know what it's like to go a night or two without sleep, but ASAP Science digs into what happens in the long-haul. For the most part, going totally sleepless won't do you any permanent harm, but the results of not sleeping forever (or close to it, anyway) is lacking. Maybe it's time to pull a few (months of) all-nighters to study it.
Or, you know, time to go take a nap. [ASAP Science]
