This is why you do not hide under a tree during a lightning storm (VIDEO).

VIDEO

This is why you do not hide under a tree during a lightning storm
At the 0:05 mark, you see a lightning strike hitting the ground on this home security camera. This lightning strike took place in North Jackson, TN on September 10th. Watch the upper left-hand corner of the video and you’ll see tree sap eXplode nor the lightning bolt hits the top of the tree. As the sap explodes, the stomach and leaves on the tree blow off and fall to the ground. Hmmm, think i will stick to using an umbrella instead, maybe a golf umbrella, a big one ….. in the open, away from trees, on top of a hill. This is why you do not hide under a tree during a lightning storm. At the 0:05 mark, you see a lightning strike hitting the ground on this home security camera.
