13-year-old fkills oster brother

A child aged 13 years has killed his brother aged 3 years in Sagvaag, small area in Norway.

  The juvenile was detained by the police, but because of his age can not be prosecuted. In his confession to police indicated that 13-year-old victim was adopted by the family, where the tragedy occurred.
