Syrian President Bashar al-Assad told the Lebanese daily "Al-Akhbar" the Nobel peace prize he deserved, and not the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), which won the award on Friday.
Assad, who has made this statement in the context of a joke, because he signed an agreement with the organization for destruction of chemical weapons.
The same opinion is shared by many militants against Assad, who declared that Syrian President deserves half the price that showed willingness to signing the agreement for the disposal of chemical weapons.
"He should have taken at least half the price for his cooperation in signing the agreement," the paper quoted a militant. / Century
