Prime Minister of Serbia , Ivica Dacic , will remain in Kosovo today , where he will visit the Monastery of Gracanica , has announced the Government in Belgrade .
Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci said on Friday that his government has approved Dacic entry for religious visit to the monastery and that there will be political speeches .
However , as the Serbian media report , the election headquarters of the civil initiative " Srpska " Dacic said that the visit to Gracanica Serbs massively appealing to emerge in Kosovo local elections on 3 November.
Kosovo authorities say they have banned all visits by Serbian officials , political character , during the election campaign .
But the minister without portfolio for Kosovo in the Serbian government , Aleksandar Vulin , is seen Thursday in the northern part , along with Serbian Minister for Energy , Zorana Mihajlovic , broadcast rel .
From there he accused Pristina wants to Serbs in northern Kosovo to boycott the elections , while those south of Belgrade boycott .
