Strasbourg Court, "OK" fining of websites online
To fine an information site on the internet for not censoring offensive comments posted by anonymous readers is "justified and did not violate freedom of speech." This is the last word of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbutg in a trial where justified Estonia to fine one of the most important portals to information on the site. It was published an article about the many different choices in which commentators had written offensive comments against each other and third persons not peers. These comments are not censored from the site in question and the Court of Estonia, after numerous complaints fined website in question. A.Ş / a.y / NOA
