Police in Mitrovica has started investigations regarding shocking video which is making lap on the Internet, where there is an underage girl beating another elementary school girl .
Avni Zahiti , police spokesman in Mitrovica , Kosovo 's Klan said that police began investigating and identifying the perpetrators of this act .
Since students are minors , police in this case is secondary , because according to the law should be Social Centre , the Municipal Education Directorate , schools and parents
The behavior of the student named Duda , director reacted Elementary School " Musa Hoti " .
Beka Iset , in his response sent media said on behalf of the school board " Musa Hoti " , on behalf of the Council of Teachers wants to condemn the act of violence between pupils expressed in a video published on the social network Facebook .
" The video shows a student causing violence to a colleague - schoolgirl . We like to inform the general public school that actors of this event only victim is a student of our school : D.
