Hidden in Brussels

The technical team representing the dialogue with Kosovo in Serbia , led by Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri , is probably taking part in a new round of talks , although for this there is no official announcement .
The political advisor of Deputy Prime Minister Tahiri , Visar Xani has confirmed that it is in Brussels , taking part in a meeting , but has not said whether it is a new round of talks with Serbia .
Serbian media reported that Kosovo and Serbia delegations will meet Friday afternoon in Brussels , while Kosovo's local elections are the focus of the meeting . Local elections will be held on November 3 , as a result of the agreement reached long ago in Brussels , but it is not clear if there is something still undefined for these elections .
Officially known that there are over 14 thousand complaints of Serbs living abroad run ECAP , after their request to be admitted as voters for the local elections was rejected .
